7 Days Product Guarantee
If one or more of the items you received are damaged, you will be protected by this Guarantee. Please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 7 days of the order being received.
After returning the product to the address provided by our customer service team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a full refund.
30 Days No Reason Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange a partial refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

Returnable Items
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken or stained upon arrival.
2. Incorrect size/color of item received.
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectations within 30 days of receiving.
Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
2. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and the original packaging.
3.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
Sizing issues
In the apparel industry, there are slight size differences between brands and manufacturers. It is important you check the size chart and size conversion chart on the product before ordering.
If we have shipped you the wrong size by mistake, we will either refund you in full or send you an item with an alternative size (if applicable).
If you chose the wrong size, we will offer an exchange or refund for you, but please note that shipping costs to return the items are at your expense.
You must contact us to arrange a refund. Returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.
How will I get my refund?
1.Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. All refunds will be returned to the same credit card which is used to pay the order or the Paypal account.
2.We will NOT be including the original shipping fee and insurance because they are non-refundable.
3.During high volume seasons such as Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

1.You need to provide a clear photo or video showing the product problem/order / SKU number. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s).
2.Customers must contact us before returning an item. Returned items without Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will not be accepted. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization , sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package,We reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
3. For No Reason Return, you need to ensure that the product package is intact and unused. Unwashed, and still have the labels attached.
